Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation  

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been dispatched. To cancel, send an email on: care@mavenmint.in with your order number.
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled; but you may initiate a return or exchange after delivery as per our Returns & Exchange Policy.

Refunds  

• Approved refunds are processed in full within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Engraved or customised pieces are not eligible for refund
