MintSwap : Lifetime Exchange at 70% Value

Life changes. Style changes. And your jewellery can too. Under MintSwap, you can exchange any MavenMint purchase ; at any point in your lifetime - and receive 70% of your original purchase value as credit toward any new piece in our collection. There’s no expiry date and no rush.

How it works  

• Email us at care@mavenmint.in or WhatsApp us at +91 9820769425 anytime.

• Share your original invoice or certificate, a product photo and a valid government-issued photo ID.

• We will schedule the pickup, at no cost to you (up to 2 attempts), and inspect the product at our premises.

• Once received and inspected, your 70% credit will be issued within 2 business days.

• Use your credit to choose any piece from the current MavenMint collection.

Conditions  

• Applicable on all MavenMint purchases with a valid original invoice or certificate. The invoice/certificate is transferable ; gifted or passed-on pieces are welcome under MintSwap.

• All diamonds, gemstones, and silver components need to be accounted for. Wear and tear is acceptable under MintSwap.

• Engraved or customised pieces are eligible for MintSwap.

• Pieces received through a previous exchange (MintSwap or the 15-day policy) are also eligible for a further MintSwap exchange — MintSwap can be used repeatedly over a piece’s lifetime, like a store-credit mechanism.

• Exchange credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash

• The 70% value is calculated on the net amount paid (Paid Value minus Govt. Taxes) for the original purchase, not the current market price. If MintPoints were redeemed as a discount on the original purchase, the 70% is calculated on the discounted (net) amount paid, not the gross invoice value.

• MavenMint reserves the right to assess the product’s condition before confirming credit
